Plastic Surgery Financing and Insurance
At Urban Facial Plastics we believe in up front and clear pricing. At the time of your visit, your treatment plan will be established along with a fee schedule. We will file your insurance paperwork which may help cover any reconstructive surgery needs. See below for a list of insurance plans with which we participate in-network. Cosmetic procedures are not covered by any commercial or federal health insurance plans in the United States.
Filing Your Claim
Our financial secretary will be happy to discuss payment arrangements that will suit your needs. We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Please consult our patient coordinator for options.
For patients seeking payment plans we accept PatientFi. There are short-term interest free payment plans and longer-term payment plans with competitive interest rates. See the link below for an application.
